Dubrovnik is among the 10 best medieval walled cities in the world. It is thought that Dubrovnik was founded in the 7th Century on a rocky island. Another theory comes from parts of the city wall indicating there was a large settlement there established by Greeks.
In the evening there was a wonderful show of dancing and singing representing the different areas from Croatia, it was delightful. I love the folklore and costumes so much from this colorful little country.
