Our Perfect Valentine Weekend

This week was full of beautiful flowers, making new friends, enjoying some good food, and a successful Valentines Dance with our Zagreb Branch.  On Valentines morning I received these beautiful flowers from my sweetheart, they were made and delivered by some friends here in the Zagreb Branch who own a flower business.  We just love them and their sweet little son. 

On Friday night our dear friend Matea introduced us to her God Sister and best friend Dora, we just loved her.  These two ladies are beautiful and intelligent and so much fun!  As you can see they loved my Chocolate Chip cookies!

On Saturday Night we had our greatly anticipated Valentines Dance, we decorated with red hearts, had lots of yummy food and some great music and dancing.  We had lots of members come and dance, but the children were the ones that really had a blast!  It was such a good activity, just good old fashion fun.  I danced all night and had a great time with my new Croatian family!

Here are my kitchen helpers the Single Sister Missionaries and the A.P. Missionaries.  We love these people, they are so willing to pitch in and help!

We had people show up for the dance about an hour before it was even to start, it was great to see them so excited and to have so many there.

It was this Elder's birthday, he is one of the best and we have grown to love him.

We had a lot of members just eat and watch us dance, but they stayed right up to the end, so we think they liked being there, it really was a great activity.

The little girls were so cute twirling around with their skirts and dancing the whole night.

These people are from our English Classes that we hold twice a week, they ate and stayed the whole evening, we were so excited they came and stayed.  They are great people!

Here is another one of Matea's beautiful friends that we also love.  She was holding sweet Flora and somehow got her to fall asleep even with all the loud music!
