Living the MIssionary Life in Croatia

This is our apatment and car

This is the View of Zagreb from our window

This is the view of our back yard and what we see out our bedroom windows

We made it we are in Croatia and in our apartment!  It only took us 21 hours with all the delays.  In Paris the airport workers were on strike, so we weren't sure if we were going to have a plane or not and when we did finally get a plane we had to go find our own luggage to have them put it on the plane, it was pretty funny.  Our mission President and his wife picked us up at the airport and then fed us at a great steak house, I am going to love the food here!  They have 5 children here with them and they are a great family.  It is beautiful here, but the roads are super small, so driving is a little scary.  Our shopping experience was crazy because we don't know how to speak Croatian, but Sister Rowe helped us figure out what things were, so we have some food and towels now.  Our assignments here are going to be super fun because we get to open a Center for Young Single Adults and do Church Education too.  I am so excited to find and rescue all the young people who are not active (most of them speak English) and help them remember what they felt when they were baptized.  We have our work cut out for us.  I have some pictures so you all can get a feel for where we live and what it looks like here.  I think the weather is a lot like Portland Oregon, but no rain yet!
