Schools have finally started here so we are trying to get the seminary and instutite programs up and running. It sounds easy, but its not easy for lots of reasons. Here are some pictures from our activity last night with the young people. We had nine of our young people show up plus four of our Elders, we had high hopes we would get some of our English class students to come, but none of them came, maybe next time. We had pizza and brownie sundays and played two fun games that made everyone use their English, we had a really good time.
The young people that have joined our Church here are the only members in their families, so they have no support in living the gospel of Jesus Christ except from each other and the missionaries. When we get them together they love being together and sharing their concerns and their desires for their futures. I feel like their Mother many times as they share with me their frustrations with their families and their hopes in having a future family that is different from the ones they come from.
As I listened to Conference at our Church this past weekend with a few members from our Branch I felt the Spirit testify to me how important the gospel is to all of His children in finding peace and joy in this mortal life. Our Heavenly Father is aware of each and everyone of His children, none of us are overlooked or forgotten. And that was very apparent in the messages given at General Conference, there is always something said that will touch and bless the life of everyone of God's Children.

those young people are so lucky to have you and richard there. i pray that each one of them will have "a future family that is different from the ones they come from", too. what a wonderful blessing that would be for them and for the future of the church there! you are awesome. keep up the great work!
